但是咱们从一级开始做题时，建议把握一个大的原则，就是考题中涉及的知识点原理，一定要参考原版书，如果是原版书中没有介绍的内容，不建议在分析中引入

或者说，分析的思路，一定是原版书介绍的原理

这道课后题的选项 C，主要指的是股东和政府或监管机构之间的利益冲突

原版书的正文中，介绍的角度为主要是针对税收

公司可以选择不同的 accouting rules，粉饰财务报表主要影响在 tax 方面, 尽量能少交就少交，能晚交就晚交

这时管理层和股东之间的利益是一致的
