本题的关键点不是打电话还是面谈,而是few mins;无论面谈还是电话,few mins无法完全了解客户;通常题目如果想表达完全了解客户会使用detailed,或者thoroughly这种词汇去形容谈话过程,那么我们就认为确实详细的了解客户了。
