答案选的是B，我就很不能理解，这里明确提出了他们先给了positive的view，又马上清仓，这个明显是违反的啊，另外我觉得答案是C，因为那个意见是潜在客户和energy公司的供应商提出来的，跟这个决策本来就没有半毛钱关系，决策也是那个hedgefund自己做的，这个consultant也是事后才发现的。
然后我看了下答案，他居然是这样解释的：
