我们算企业的融资成本用到的是债券和权益的要求回报率，债券的要求回报率不等于它的coupon rate,coupon rate是债券固定的票息率。
要求回报率是投资者根据所投资产品的风险设定的，风险越高要求回报率越高，coupon rate与风险无关。此外，WACC的定义如下：The weighted average cost of capital is a weighted average of the after-tax marginal cost of each source of capital。关键字在于“marginal”,WACC是加权平均边际资本成本，边际资本成本是额外增加一单位融资所需要花费的成本，因此在本题我们要用interest rate of new long-term debt。
